These Terms govern purchases from Wells Software Consulting LLC, dba Atomic Domains ("Seller"), an Illinois LLC.
All prices are in USD. A sale is final upon Seller's written confirmation and Buyer's full payment clearance.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once a domain transfer is initiated, no refunds will be issued. If transfer fails due to Seller error, Seller will re-initiate or issue a full refund.
Seller makes no representation that any domain is free of third-party trademark claims. Buyer assumes sole responsibility for trademark clearance prior to purchase and indemnifies Seller from claims under the Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act (ACPA), 15 U.S.C. § 1125(d).
Governed by Illinois law. Disputes resolved in Kendall County, Illinois.
Domain Transfer Agreement
Upon full payment clearance, Seller provides the EPP/Authorization Code within 24 hours to the Buyer's email. Buyer initiates the incoming transfer at their registrar.
Domain transfers follow ICANN's Inter-Registrar Transfer Policy. Standard .com/.net transfers require 5-7 calendar days.
For Escrow.com transactions: (1) Buyer deposits funds; (2) Seller initiates transfer; (3) Buyer confirms receipt; (4) Escrow releases funds. Typically 7-14 business days total.
Transfer is complete when Buyer's registrar confirms domain is in Buyer's account. At that point all sales are final with no reversals.
Seller warrants: (a) full legal authority to sell the domain; (b) no lien or legal hold at time of sale; (c) full cooperation with Buyer's registrar to complete transfer.
